Rent collection by Direct Debit of your students rental payments

Rent payments by Direct DebitNot to be confused with Standing orders, Direct Debit is the most efficient and simple way for tenants to pay their rent to us.

Whilst standing orders are free, they are very difficult to manage effectively. Our new Direct Debit system is specially designed by us to make collecting rent a breeze.

We will set up Direct debits form your tenants to us and transfer the full rent for the property to you each month with a detailed statement emailed to you, no more checking statements and trying to figure out who has and who hasn’t paid their rent.
